| Hey guys
I've finally decided to head out to the lovely land of Oz for a year and starting my planning early, as not hoping to go till June 2010! Planning on flying into Sydney and doing oz intro for the first week, then spending a bit of time chilling out before the job hunting. I want to make the most of the year away and get out and see as much of Oz as I possibly can! Anyone looking to head out around this time? Em xxx |

| Hiya i`m flying out there end of July/start of August, staying in Sydney for a couple of weeks, then going to Brisbane to do a weeks Outbackpackers course then hopefully getting a job for up to 6 months somewhere on a ranch.
I`ll then be finished around Feb time to travel around if you fancy meeting up and going somewhere? I`d love to have someone to travel round with even if its just for a week or so! Let me know Katie x |

Nice to meet you! Im looking to book oz intro the end of June and I'm on my own so would love to find some people going out the same time or possibly even in the same group. Its good to find some people who are in the same boat as me as im quite scared about the whole experience on my own!!!!!!! I'm going for the year and just like you, i want to chill out for a bit then look for work. It would great meet up Danielel xx |

guys and girls im flying too sunny oz on july the 1st,first stop is melbourne then backpacking all the way up too cairns going alone and looking for other backpackers in the same boat too travel with so if anyone is on the same route around that time and fancys backpacking  would be cool too meet new people.

I've finally booked my flights and I'm going to Australia mid june. I arrive in Sydney on the 20th June, doing STA starter pack and I'm going to be working there until September. And plan to explore NSW. I'm going it alone. Be great to hear from others going at the same time.  So excited! |
