I'm hopefully heading out on my own in march and am pretty nervouse, being a girl and a little older at 26. Just wandered if anyone was going around the same time. Was thinking of doing the Oz intro but not sure. Im from Leeds so will prob be heading out from manchester.... Jayne xxx |

My name is James and I will be going out to Australia from March 22nd 2010. I will probs be going from Melbourne round the coast up to Cairns, aiming to finish on 16th May 2010. Tell me what you think coz I'm in the same predicament and would love to have a travel buddy. Afterwards, I am going to Lonon via LA so will spend a few days in Universal Studios, which will be cool. xx |

| Thats cool. Cheyenne, where are you thinking of going in Oz? Basically, my trip is pretty much planned and I will be going from Melbourne to Cairns and it would be great to have a companion at some point along the way. I'll probs be in Sydney around 1st week April so maybe c u there!!

| Mine on the other hand is not planned at all. I'm just planning to go with whatever comes my way. (People who have ideas are great to follow.!!)
I haven't decided if im going ot land in Mel/or Sydney first. I just want to travel, and have a fucking riot doing it. I'm going ot have enough saved that i should be able to live for 3 months with out working, but if i just sitting around in some city im going ot have to work because that would just bore me. I do want to travel up the coast though, doing wicked shit and surfing! Yeah if im there for sure we should hook up and at least go get drunk one night! |

| yeah, definitely. have you decided on exact dates yet? I am the same in that I do not want to work and will be travelling up the east coast doing pretty much everything I can. Hopefully, I will be a pro surfer by the time I finish!! Anyway, I will see you then, if our travelling dates and places are similar. | Sounds good to me. I havent booked my flights because me travel agent has told me to hold off till like two months before. That the flight prices will drop .
