Your going traveling for a good time. You can't honestly think that people who are not pencil thin cant have a good time?

Hell, big girls can have more fun! And you can make your trip as active as you want. Walking everywhere and eating with people who also want to eat healthy are great ways to keep your goals. There are tons of people in hostels that have the same goal! Not to put on the "Australian Stone".

Your going to meet tons of people, big/small..black/white....nerds/jocks.... you will fit in!

Quite! I found it so refreshing how people take you as you are, as a person, and not what you look like.

In the end its up to you. But I know that I would kick myself for not having done something that would make me happy.

Your not going to go because you cant find clothing? What other things late on down the road are you not going to do because you cant find clothes, or for other reasons that should never stop you!

Go, you wont regret it!

These are two easy exercises that work on the upper arms.

Bicep curls... Reverse bicep curls (holding the cans facing down when your elbows are at 90 degrees) help with wrist strength... Or if you want to concentrate more on your biceps start with the reverse grip and twist on the way up so that your palms are facing you at the top of the movement and twist back again on the way down.

Tricep kick backs with one hand and knee on a bench or step or something bring your elbow up so that your upper arm is parallel to the ground and your elbow is at 90 degrees... Straighten your arm slowly befor bending it back to 90 degrees

Not all girls put on weight when they travel, for some reason the weight has dropped off me, in fact, I am quite worried about the fact that I got weighed for a sky dive 3 weeks ago and I was 9.5 stone and now I am 9 stone, I left England a year ago size 8 on top and 10-12 bottoms and now I am size 6 on top and 8 bottoms with my clothes slightly loose.

I think that may be down to the fact that there were times I couldn't really afford to eat much and I started to see food less as something to enjoy and something to give me enough energy for the day, and I prefered to spend my money on activities and alcohol.

I will probably put all the weight back on with 2 weeks of mum's cooking, I intend to eat a LOT of Yorkshire puddings and Bacon Sarnies with HP sauce on Asda tiger bread. *drool*

You're welcome

When I travel I always pack a skipping rope and my running shoes... Also some resistance bands if I feel like it... Next trip I'm going to be lugging my ice skates around with me too :P

Just gripping onto the bunk above whilst working your hips will tone you up no end...

Not sure about the beans, though. That's just weird.
