| hi, me and my g/f are planning on traveling to the usa and we want to stay there for about a year. does anyone know what visa and things i need if we was to get a job there?? | |

| The only way you could stay in the US for a year was if you got a company to sponsor your work visa(or you were sponsosred by a volunteer organisation for the duration of your stay).
In short long visas for the US are very complicated and expensive. Canda however is failry simple and is easy to get a years work visa_ with ccusa or bunac for advice. Even if you just wanted to travel you'd be unable to stay for more than 90 day and technically you are not allowed just to border hop to get another visa. Good luck |
