Hi, guys

me and my g/f have had enough of everything here in the uk and just want to get away a try new things, we wanted to go over to the states and try a few places there but we also wanted to work while traveling but as most of u will know it is impossible to work in the states unless you have a green card or some sort of degree with a job lined up, which neither of us have.

does anyone know where the best places to go where we can go and if needed to work we can. we have enough money to keepp us going for a few months but if we was to come short of cash, which are the best countries to go to???

(prefurably out of the EU)

Hey,

Oz is pretty easy to get a working visa for a year for.

I think you can work in the US but only for 3 months as a mate of mine is out there at the moment.

I totally know how you feel about getting away this country sucks at the mo.

Go for it!

Go for Canada, I had the best year of my life there.

Check out BUNAC for the visas.

I've had enough of this country as well. I'm wanting to experience a different way of life. I'm trying Oz first and what was originally a backpacking trip is becoming a cycle tour to get to where I want too go. Cheap and independent.

Everyone seems to go to Oz as its easy. I haven't any qualifications but plenty of experience in various roles. I had my visa granted in less than 12 hours online. If you complete 3 months work in rural areas you qualify for a 2nd years visa (there are certain criteria u need to meet).
You can also go to New Zealand on a WHV for upto 23 months but you can only work for 12 of them.
I haven't looked into Canada yet but might do in the future.

The only place worse right now may be the U.S. I am getting close to graduating and am planning on traveling for several months after, partly because it is such a horrible time to land a job out here!

Good luck!
