Hey!
September should still be really warm for most of Westen Europe, but of course you still have to pack for rain.
Bring one pair of jeans - jeans are never fun for travelling really, heavy, take ages to dry etc. So if you have a smart pair you could dress up i'd bring those if you really want. Bring a couple comfy skirts and shorts, but also tights if it gets a bit chilly. Bring spaghetti tops, like 4 or so, because they take up no room at all. For a month, bring 7 pairs of pants i'd say, you can always wear bikini tops/bottoms if you want too.
Without knowing exactly where youre going its diff to tell you exactly what to bring, but as a rule of thumb - lay out everything you want to take, and then get rid of HALF of it.
Nothing will make you more miserable than a heavy bag.
Head over to the top 5 things for girls to take thread for loadsa good ideas too!

Yeah I'd scrap jeans - heavy and take ages to dry. There are plenty of better light alternatives!

Hoody is a defo.
Tights/leggings are also super doooooper if it gets a bit chilly - they're small too!

Two or three pairs of bottoms (shirts/shorts) & one pair of trousers will probably be fine if you pack tights/leggings too!
I'd say about 5 or 6 tops & a hoody.
One pair flip flops/sandal, one pair trainers/walking sandals or whatever you prefer.

You live in Western Europe. The further north and inland you go, the colder it gets. The further south you go the hotter it gets. Pack light, but have a varied range of clothing if you're planning to travel all over.
