hi guys,
now i've bought the baz bus flexi ticket through sta going from cape town to jo'burg and was told when buying that I simply had to email baz bus with the voucher number and booking reference to confirm exact arrival date and book seats, tours, etc.
now i arrive in sa in 2weeks and have emailed them twice with all required details but have heard nothing back at all!!!
just wondering how other people have found dealing with them, whether or not this is the norm and how i might go aboput sorting this out? |
