Me and my boyfriend have had a few weeks in the north and are really looking forward to coming to the south and chilling with a few beers by the beach. We will be in Palolem around the 29th October - do you fancy meeting up at some point? You could show us where's hot and where's not! Saura |

| i'm not going to be in Goa till early 2010 and think I will be heading down to Palolem for atleast 3 days but may do the whole week and have a few questions
Can anyone reccomend places to stay in Palolem (pref beach hut), Cozynook Beach Hut looks good but has gone up in price since the LP I have (1500 min p/n). I'm looking to spend around 1000R pppn and need a double and twin room which I think is a reasonable amount of money Are there loads of backpackers here and places to drink or is it pretty quiet of an evening. Anyone stayed up North recently, i want to go to Anjuna but am concerned that palolem will be so nice that it will comparitively just look like blackpool, plus the fact that it isn''t the party scene in used to be even in Vagator Also anyone done a trip to hampi and back? |

| theres loads of backpackers here obviously. With 1000rp a night your gonna have a pretty comfortable stay i think. Try Ciarans as they have pretty nice bungalows. | |

| james, what have you been paying for accom down there? how about other general living expenses, munch, beers etc?
Just forked out 70 quid for my flight down there on the 12th....gutted cos i saw it a few days ago for 40! |
