| hi guys,
I'm about to embark on a grand tour of south america in october and i'm trying to sort out what I need. I'm going to be doing the inca trail in november and wasn't sure if i'd need waterproof trousers or not? i don't want to buy them if i wont need them. any advice would be much appreciated. also if anyone knows of a good place to spend carnival in brazil thats not rio, salvador or recife please let me know - i'm looking for a real local sort of affair.
