Cheap way to get to KL |

| Does anyone know how I can get from Oz to Kuala Lumpur cheaply? I've looked at return flights on Air Asia which are coming out at around $575 is this the cheapest I'm going to get or is there something cheaper out there?

| depends where abouts you are in oz really...
tiger airways fly from perth to kuala. really its either perth to kuala or singapore and domestic (air asia or other) to kuala). |

| What city are you in?
Try tiger airways, Jet star and Air Asia. Try flying from Oz to Singapore then flying from there to KL - Singapore - KL flights are really cheap (AU$50 ish). Jetstar fly from Darwin to Singapore cheap. Can use webjet.com.au for domestic flights in Oz. |

| I'm not in oz at the moment, flying out in jan, but I'm trying to work out if I can come back to the uk for a friends wedding in September. Have no idea where in oz I'd be flying from as no idea where I'll be.
I looked at flights with airasia to go kl to London and yesterday morning a return in July ( they only went that far) would have been £37, I checked the same dates later that day and it'd gone up to over £400!! Really don't want to miss my friends wedding but can't justify spending so much  |

| It would never have been 37 pound! Must have been a mistake.
AirAsis flights were cheap, possibly a marketing ploy to get their brand image known. 500 pound + seems expensive to get back for a wedding!! I wouldn't even do that for my closest friend! They should understand. I would! |
