Great Wall of China Charity Trek Sept 2010 - visa |

| Hey!
I'm interested in doing the Great Wall of China Charity Trek Sept 2010, has anyone else done it before? The trek lasts for 10days in total but I would like to arrive a week earlier to explore China and after the trek fly over to Japan for a week. Will I need a visa to do this and can apply for the two visa in the UK ? Is it expensive in China and Japan? Please reply

I went china in march and i highly rec. it! I did the great wall too, albeit for 2 hours not 10 days! lol You can apply for a Visa online thru... http://www.visaforchina.org.uk/visaen/visaView.html?method=readNotify¬ifyId=1121#Menu=ChildMenu2 Basically it costs £40 for 1 entry staying upto 30 days. Its valid for 6 months from day u get the China visa from their london HQ. Hope that helps, sounds a real fun trip, I might like to join too! Dave |
