Tour of do it alone? |

| I'm planning a rtw trip starting next Sept. God it's so hard to plan it! Anyways, I'm currently planning the China part. At the mo I have a possible travel buddy. My question is, is it worth just doing one of the overland tours with a big group, or should we do it alone? I think alone would be cheaper, but I don't know if we'd see as much! So far it's looking at about £1000 for 3 weeks on the tours. If my friend bails, I'll prob just do the tour cos I'm too scared to go fully alone! I've already got ideas of where I want to go and what I want to see. Hope someone can help!

| a good guide book and you will be fine plan the things you want to see and do a bit of couch surfing at the same time. i am going to china for 12 months to teach only teaching monday to wed lol so i me a tourist the other times. i be happy to do the sights with yah. i be in Tianjin for most of the year. so what do you want to see and where do you want to go in china. | |
