Possible to go tubing in September? |

| Hello, I am currently planning on going to vang vieng in mid-september.
However, I have been told by various people that this is at the height of the rainy season, which makes it too dangerous to go down the river. Has anyone else been at this time of year or be able to shed some light on this? Thanks. |
