Just been reading that Malaria in western Cambodia is starting to show signs of being resistant to the most effective family of anti-malarial drugs.

It's not resistant yet, but it's taking longer to work on victims.

If you're going to Cambodia, take your pills and don't believe folks who tell you that you don't need them if you're not hanging around for long.

I suppose there's always a chance that the problem could leach over into border areas with Thailand, but don't expect the Thais to admit it, given the battered state of their tourism industry.

Nowt to worry about. Just be careful, like.
