Latin & South American Visas |

| Hello,
Through reading various guide books and checking the FCO website it looks like most visas for Latin and South America are free on arrival and last anything from say 30 days for Bolivia to 90 days in Ecuador. I might be staying longer than the visa allows and have been told it can be complicated to renew or extend the visa is this so? One thing I heard is to leave the country for a day or 2 and then come back in and you have a brand new visa, has anyone tried this? Any feed back would be great, I'm looking to travel early 2010 maybe earlier if I can. |
