A friend and I are going to Tokyo in early September. We're hoping to travel down the country and then get the ferry to Busan before travelling on to Seoul.
So far so good, except we're having real troubles booking a ferry ticket between Japan and Korea. The Beetle ferry website won't accept British credit cards and we can't decipher the instructions to see whether we can do a bank transfer.
We've been advised that we need to show proof of exit of Japan when entering, which we won't be able to do if we can't sort out the ferry! What are people's opinions on whether proof of onward travel from Seoul to Singapore will be enough? Alternatively, does anyone know of a way to trick the Beetle ferry website into giving us tickets?
Thanks in advance! |
